I’ve known Brian Solis for years and have several of his books, including Mindshift and the recently announced Infinite, co-authored with Dave Wright. While working at ServiceNow for six years, I listened to Brian and Dave and supported them from the Global Learning & Development team.

The World Economic Forum estimates that 170 million new roles will be created this decade, even as 92 million are displaced. It also projects that 39% of core skills will change by 2030, and 63% of employers already cite skills gaps as the biggest barrier to transformation.
